I don’t know, but with the reunion confirmed there are lots of rumours that they’ll be in Australia in February or March. Of course there’s no need to wait that long for Stephen Malkmus since he plays with The Jicks at Fowler’s live tomorrow night.

Other visitors to Adelaide this weekend are Songs, who are from Sydney (but mostly originally from NZ) and get comparisons with the likes of The Clean & the Go-Betweens and have recently put out split singles with The Bats and Love of Diagrams. What does all this add up to? I’d say they are definitely worth seeing. More info here and here.
